Permitting

We handle all necessary permits to ensure your project complies with local regulations and building codes. Our team manages the paperwork and approval process, making it hassle-free for you.

Construction

Our experienced team takes charge of the entire construction process, starting with laying a solid monolithic slab foundation with rebar that meets or exceeds building codes. We use stick-frame walls and an engineered roof truss system to ensure quality construction that withstands local elements. Once the framing is complete, we hang and finish the sheetrock, followed by the installation of millwork, including decorative molding, paneled doors, and all-wood cabinets, ensuring a beautiful finish.

Home Walkthrough

After construction is complete and any final adjustments are made, we conduct a final inspection with you. We’ll thoroughly review the exterior, interior rooms, and all mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. Any remaining issues will be addressed before closing.

Closing the Deal

With your home completed and all tasks checked off, it's time to close. Meet with our closing specialist to review the build, understand our warranty, and receive the keys to your new home.

However, if you have a custom plan in mind, we are more than happy to work with you to build your dream home using your own custom design. Additionally, we can add upgrades to any of our pre-designed plans to better suit your needs and preferences

Where do you build?

We build in North West Florida and in South Alabama.

Can you help with obtaining financing for my project?

While we do not provide financing directly, we can recommend trusted financial institutions and mortgage brokers who specialize in construction loans.

What is your process for managing subcontractors and suppliers?

We carefully select and manage all subcontractors and suppliers to ensure that they meet our high standards for quality and reliability. We coordinate their work to ensure the project stays on schedule and within budget.
